Wear bras all day

One of the best ways to firm the breast is by holding it up and lifting. For this, we recommend that you use comfortable bras to be at home and to sleep. Do not use too many underwire bras, as they worsen circulation and may cause more sagging breasts.   1. Apply a nut of the firming product in the palm of your hand.
  2. Start at the bottom of the chest. Spread the cream on the lower area and spread it out in “C” or half moon movements.
  3. The movements should always be in an ascending direction towards the armpit.

Once the product is spread, it performs movements in the form of “8”. It is very simple: start by making the crescent in the lower left chest, go up to the right from the top, go around it and make the crescent in the lower right chest and go up to the top of the left.

When you are finished, apply another nut of product and put it in the central part. Massage in upward movements from the neckline to the neck. It is very important that the movements are always ascending since we want to promote the elevation of the bust.

Dumbbell stretch

Dumbbells will help you to firm your arm and chest muscles easily, which will help keep your breasts firm and elevated.

  • Grab a pair of one or two pound dumbbells and sit in a chair with your feet together and your back straight.
    It is an exercise that is done in 4 times: start with your arms down.
  • Raise them until they are in line with your chest.
  • Then raise them above your head.
  • When they are up, hold on for a few seconds and go back down to chest height to finish in the starting position.
